常用句：“这个房子一个月租金多少？”
(Zhe ge fang zi yi ge yue zu jin duo shao?)
“How much is the monthly rent for this apartment?”
情景对白 / Dialogue:
你：“水费和电费是另外算吗？”
(Ni: Shui fei he dian fei shi ling wai suan ma?)
You: “Are water and electricity bills calculated separately?”中介：“对，按表算。物业费是包含在租金里的。”
(Zhong jie: Dui, an biao suan. Wu ye fei shi bao han zai zu jin li de.)
Agent: “Yes, calculated by the meter. Property management fees are included in the rent.”
习惯备注：在上海租房，一定要问清楚“民用水电”还是“商用水电”，商用水电贵很多。
Habit Note: When renting in Shanghai, be sure to ask if it’s “residential utilities” or “commercial utilities”; commercial utilities are much more expensive.

习惯备注：看房时重点看“朝南”的采光、隔音效果，以及小区周边的便利店和地铁距离。
Habit Note: When viewing, focus on the sunlight of south-facing rooms, soundproofing, and the distance to convenience stores and the subway.

常用句：“押一付三是什么意思？”
